PUCG RECEIVES A NISSAN DOUBLE-CABIN PICK-UP

UniBank Ghana Limited has donated a four wheel drive Nissan Navara double cabin pick-up to the Presbyterian University College, Ghana. The keys to the vehicle was handed over to the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church to Ghana, Rt. Rev. Prof Emmanuel Martey by Mr. Felix Nyarko-Pong, the CEO of the Bank, during the official opening of the 14th General Assembly of the PCG at Abetifi on Saturday 16th August 2014. The Moderator in turn handed over the keys to Prof Edwin A. Gyasi, the Chairman of the University Council, on behalf of the University. Both the Moderator and the Council Chairman expressed appreciation to the bank for the gesture.

Prof Gyasi, the Council Chairman, Rev. Dr Kofi Effa Ababio, the Church’s representative on the University Council, Rev Dr. Godwil Nii Noi Odonkor, the Ga Presbytery Chairperson, and Rev Herbert Anim Opong, joined Mr. Kwadwo Amo Osei, the Registrar, Mr. Felix Nyarko-Pong and Rev J. Kofi Antwi, the PRO to inspect and dedicate the vehicle.

In a statement, Mr. Nyarko-Pong said his bank will continue to partner the Presbyterian University to produce the needed manpower for the country. Also at the ceremony was a delegation from the bank.
