The First Research Seminar

The School of Business and Economics of the Presbyterian University College, Ghana has held its maiden Research Seminar on the 27th of November, 2015.

The main purpose for the Research Seminar was to build on research capabilities of both lecturers and the students in the department and also make the department more vibrant in aiding the visibility agenda of PUCG.

The seminar which was coordinated by Mr. Paul Kwakwa was to allow a total number of 9 searchers comprising of Faculty Members and the Student to present the results of their research findings to the general public through presentation.

Dr. Adu Kumi, The Dean of School of Business and Economics, who chaired the seminar, said he was happy about the organization of the program as it was the first of it kind.

He thanked the researchers and the students for their corporation but cautioned them not to relent on their efforts but work hard and help the others to improve on their work.

The seminar which was attended by about two hundred and fifty (250) participants was supported in attendance by the President Rev. Prof Emmanuel Adow Obeng and some staff members.
