The Procurement Unit provides services to user agencies and suppliers across the university. We work with various departments and suppliers to arrange contracts, procurement procedures and promote value for money.

Our Location
The Procurement Office is located at Okwahu Campus. Room SF 27
The office can be accessed from Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00am – 5:30pm.
Doing Business with us
We encourage all prospective Suppliers/Contractors/Consultants to register with us at a fee of Gh¢100.00 renewable annually. Documents required for registration are:
Certificate of Incorporation
Certificate to Commerce Business
VAT Registration Certificate
