{"id":6235,"date":"2017-10-05T10:00:29","date_gmt":"2017-10-05T10:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.presbyuniversity.edu.gh\/site\/?page_id=6235"},"modified":"2017-10-10T10:11:32","modified_gmt":"2017-10-10T10:11:32","slug":"11th-congregation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.presbyuniversity.edu.gh\/site\/11th-congregation\/","title":{"rendered":"11TH CONGREGATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>11<sup>th<\/sup> Congregation<\/strong> of the <strong>Presbyterian University College, Ghana<\/strong> has been scheduled as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date: Saturday, 28<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2017 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Session: 8:30am<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Venue: Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC) Auditorium, Abetifi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students, who completed their programmes of study in 2016\/2017 Academic Year and wish to be presented during the Congregation should from the date of this publication visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grad.presbyuniversity.edu.gh\">www.grad.presbyuniversity.edu.gh<\/a> to provide the underlisted information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0 Contact Address, Telephone Numbers, Email address and indicate <\/strong>whether <strong>ATTENDING or NOT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All Graduands are to note the following<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li>Only those who forward their particulars before Wednesday, 25<sup>th <\/sup>October, 2017, will be presented. No registration will be accepted after this date.<\/li>\n<li>Graduands are required to attend a rehearsal on Friday 27<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2017 at 3:00pm at the RTC Auditorium, Okwahu Campus, Abetifi &#8211; Kwahu.<\/li>\n<li>Those to be presented are expected to be seated at the Congregation Grounds by 8:30am in their academic gowns over a formal dress. Each graduand may come along with two guests to the Congregation<\/li>\n<li>Each graduand is expected to pay an amount of <strong>GHC350.00<\/strong> <strong>directly into one of the following University Accounts located in the Campus he\/she studied:<\/strong> <strong>GCB 2191130004630 Mpraeso Branch, GCB 2091130003837 Akropong Branch, GCB 6221130003123 Agogo Branch, and UT Bank 0061100004465 Community Two, Tema. (Graduands are expected to forward the pay-in-slip to any of the Finance Offices of the respective Campuses).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A Congregational Thanksgiving Service will be held on Sunday, 29<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2017 at the RTC Auditorium, Abetifi at 8:00am. Certificates will be issued to Graduates on Sunday after the Church Service at the Okwahu Campus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every Graduand is expected to go through clearance and obtain clearance chit at their respective campuses. <strong>Graduands are expected to show the clearance chit and ID Cards before collection of Certificate<\/strong>.
