1.\u00a0\u00a0 Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n i.\u00a0\u00a0 The words \u201cYou\u201d and \u201cYours\u201d refer to students who sign onto the online platform as authorized users.<\/p>\n ii.\u00a0 The words \u201cWe\u201d, \u201cUs\u201d and \u201cOur\u201d mean Presbyterian University College, Ghana.<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0\u00a0 Student Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n i.\u00a0 If you believe your card or PIN has been stolen and we are informed within two business days after you learn of the theft, you would not be liable if someone uses your card or PIN without your permission.<\/p>\n ii.\u00a0 If you do not tell us within two business days and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your card number and\/or PIN without permission if you had told us, you could be liable to a sum to be determined from time to time.<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0\u00a0 Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n You agree to the collection, use and sharing of information about your fund transfer transaction as provided in any Private Policy document of the service facilitator.<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0\u00a0 Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n We respect and are committed to ensuring your privacy.\u00a0 Your personal identifiable information may be collected in the process of funds transfers.\u00a0 Other information would also be automatically recorded on our server from your browser. Your personally identifiable information will not be sold to anyone.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0\u00a0 Security<\/strong><\/p>\n We will always keep your transaction and personal information safe.\u00a0 Our software encrypts your personal information including credit card number name and address to prevent unauthorized access.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0\u00a0 Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n All refunds will be provided as a credit to the card used at the time of payment within five (5) business days upon receipt of an approved request.
