Rev. Dr. Seth\nKissi is the Chairperson of Akyem Abuakwa Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church\nof Ghana for the period September 2018 to August 2023. He was commissioned into\nthe ministry of the Presbyterian Church in 2001 and ordained in 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has also\nserved in a number of congregations and on National Committees including the\nCommittee on Ministry, Training, Scholarship, Counseling and Doctrine;\nCommittee on Specialised Ministry; and Committee on Christian Education. Until\nhis assumption of the Chairmanship of the Presbytery, he was a Senior Lecture\nin New Testament at the Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon where he taught for\nmore than ten (10) years, and where he still teaches in an adjunct position. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He holds PhD from\nthe University of Pretoria, South Africa and MTh from Trinity Theological\nSeminary, Legon, Ghana. He has a number of publications including the following\nbooks: The Gifts and Spirituality:\nUnderstanding the Subject in the Context of 1 Corinthians, Wisdom, Knowledge,\nand Spirituality in Self-defense: A Rhetorical Exegetical Study of 1\nCorinthians 1 – 6, <\/em>and co-author of\nEssentials of Biblical Greek Morphology with an Introductory Syntax. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rev. Dr. Seth\nKissi serves on the Governing Boards of the following Schools: St. Stephen’s\nPresbyterian Senior High Technical School, Asiakwa; Presbyterian Senior High\nSchool, Begoro; and Presbyterian Senior High School, Osino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
