\u2022 Develop and implement strategic public relations and marketing programmes that support the overall objectives of the University.
\u2022 Develop content, target audiences and utilises technology to communicate with those audiences and stakeholders.
\u2022 Manage and promote the Presbyterian University Brand.
\u2022 Write and produce most official publications including newsletter, quarterly and annual reports.
\u2022 Serve as the official liaison with the general public, community and organisation and manage the organisation\u2019s websites.
\u2022 Manage Media and media relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Must have a minimum of Masters degree in Public Relations\/Marketing
\u2022 Must have progressive experience in PR, Marketing, fundraising, events promotion, or journalism practice.
\u2022 Membership of the Institute of Public Relations\/ Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana and experience in a University setting will be an added advantage.
\u2022 Applicants must have great communication (written and verbal) skills, great interpersonal skills, and be customer focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duties:<\/strong>
\u2022 Ensure the safety of employees, company\u2019s properties and estates.
\u2022 Supervise tasks and assign activities to security officers.
\u2022 Organise rounds of inspection on security guards at their duty location.
\u2022 Prepare a duty roster and maintain records relating to duties of security guards.
\u2022 Investigate theft, pilfering, loss and assault and submit reports to management.
\u2022 Prepare and submit periodic reports on company\u2019s security and management reports.
\u2022 Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/strong>
\u2022 Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field such as criminal justice, law enforcement, or security management.
\u2022 Previous experience in a leadership role within the security industry, with at least 5-10
\u2022 years of experience in a security-related field.
\u2022 Certification in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
\u2022 Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team of security personnel.
\u2022 Ability to analyze and assess potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
\u2022 Experience in developing and implementing security plans, policies, and procedures.
\u2022 Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to security operations.
\u2022 Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
\u2022 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
