He announced that the number of programmes on offer has grown from seven to eighteen over recent years representing a 157% increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He added that this growth reflects the University\u2019s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of society and preparing graduates for diverse fields of national and global importance.<\/p>\n\n\n A section of Management members at the ceremony<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Continuing his report, the Vice-Chancellor informed the congregation that this year, the University is conferring degrees on 627graduands with 365 males and 262 females across eight programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He presented a detailed breakdown showing 44 graduates with a Master of Philosophy in Educational Studies, 45 with a Master of Education in Educational Studies, 54 with a Master of Arts in International Development Studies, 25 with a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Sanitation, 13 with a Master of Science in Natural Resource Management, 33 with a Master of Science in Financial Risk Management, 332 with a Master of Public Health, and 81 with a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology Management.<\/p>\n\n\n A cross-section of graduands<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Highlighting the relevance of these programmes, Prof. Ofosu-Anim emphasized their critical role in national development. He said, \u201cGraduates in Educational Studies are expected to strengthen and transform educational systems through innovative teaching and inclusive learning approaches.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition, those trained in International Development Studies are to navigate global policy environments and drive sustainable development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Similarly, graduates in Environmental Health and Sanitation and Natural Resource Management are equipped to tackle pressing environmental challenges, promote sustainable practices, and ensure responsible stewardship of Ghana\u2019s natural resources.<\/p>\n\n\n A jubilant graduate displaying her medal at the ceremony<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Again, Prof. Ofosu-Anim explained that in the financial sector, graduates in Financial Risk Management are to contribute to economic stability through effective risk analysis and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Vice-Chancellor also underscored the vital role of public health professionals in safeguarding communities, particularly in an era of evolving health challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, he described graduates of the Information and Communication Technology Management programme as key drivers of the digital economy, with the capacity to lead technological innovation while upholding ethical standards.<\/p>\n\n\n Presentation of awards<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Reinforcing the Presbyterian University\u2019s identity as values-driven institution, Prof. John Ofosu-Anim reiterated its foundation on Excellence, Commitment, Integrity, Discipline, and Faith in God. He urged Graduands to carry these principles into their professional and personal lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Addressing the graduating class directly, he challenged them to view their education not merely as a pathway to personal success, but as a call to service.
