The journal is an open access double blind peer reviewed multi-disciplinary journal devoted to the publication and dissemination of current research.<\/p>\n<p>The Vice President of the University, Prof F. S. Arku who did the official launching stated that the rationale for the journal among others, is to contribute to the academic community by providing a platform that they can have their research works publish without any cost.
