The face of the Presbyterian University College, Ghana Okwahu Campus as part of her project has donated assorted items to the Nkwantanang Presbyterian Primary school in the Kwahu East District. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The donation was under the auspices of the Women\u2019s Commission (WOCOM), a wing of the Students\u2019 Representative Council (SRC) in collaboration with the Business Administration Students\u2019 Association (BASA) and Mimshack Auxilium Humanitarian Foundation (MAHF). The project was dubbed \u201cSAVE THE FUTURE LEADERS\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kate Fokouh, the Women\u2019s Commissioner opined that the school was selected for the humanitarian gesture due to its deplorable condition and also it being one of the deprived schools in the District. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Miss Jennifer Omane Asomani, Face of Okwahu, presenting the items in a short ceremony charged parents to take keen interest in the education of their wards. She also called on the elders of the town to make it as part of their preoccupation the wellbeing and education of the children in the town. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She admonished the students to put to good use the items provided. The items included exercise books, chalk, Pens, Pencils, Erasers, School bags, School Uniform, White Board, White board markers, slate, sharpeners, soft drinks, food and a generator.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Seth Kofi Addo, the Headmaster, on behalf of the teachers and elders of the town expressed his utmost appreciation for the benevolence of Miss Jennifer Omane Asomani and her team.<\/span><\/p>\n

He posited that the items presented were awe-inspiring especially coming from students, \u201cthis has never happened before\u201d, he said. He also thanked the Presbyterian University College, Ghana for supporting the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Attendance were, Nana Asante Ababio II-Odikro of Nkwantanang, Mr. Dwamena Ayim \u2013 PRO of the Kwahu Presbytery, Nana Obiri Berko \u2013 Adehyehene of Nkwantanang, Mr. Adamu Alhassan \u2013 PTA Chairman, Mr. Nicholas Kwabeng \u2013 Presby Catechist, \u00a0Mr. Delali Ansa Adomako Gaisie \u2013 SRC President, Mr. Samuel Nunoo \u2013 BASA President, Mr. Derrick Osei – MAFH \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
