Music is an important part of\nhuman life with the power to engage all the senses of a person at the same\ntime. It soothes the spirit and soul of a person, relaxing their bodies in\nsolitude. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These were the experiences at the\nConference Hall of the Ramseyer Training Centre, Abetifi Kwahu as the NUPS-G\nChoir of the Presbyterian University College, Ghana (PUCG), supported by other\nChoirs held their audiences to awe with scintillating songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dazzling performances by the\nvarious Choirs climaxed the 10th<\/sup> Anniversary Celebration of the PUCG\nNUPS-G Choir\u2019s annual concert dubbed \u2018Hallelufesto\u2019 at the Okwahu Campus of the\nUniversity.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10th<\/sup> Hallelufesto\nConcert under the theme \u201cI will give thanks to God (Psalms 18:49)\u201d lasted for\nabout three and half hours featured the Atibie Midwifery Choir, Divine\nGeneration, PUCG Alumni Choir and the host PUCG NUPS-G Choir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hallelufesto Concert was\ninspired by Mr. Frank Peasah who was the music director of the PUCG NUPS-G\nChoir with unwavering support from the then PUCG NUPS-G President Mr. Emmanuel\nAppiah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Ever since, the NUPS-G Choir has\nheld the Hallelufesto Concert annually with some prominent visiting choirs,\namong them are Pop Choir from KNUST, NUPS-G Choir from KNUST, Calvary Presby.\nChoir from Koforidua, PUCG NUPS-G Alumni Choir and the Divine Generation Choir\nfrom PUCG among others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hallelufesto Concert was\ninstituted with the aim of bringing the University community together to give\nthanks to God. Also, to use the opportunity to reach out to children admitted\nin some children\u2019s ward in some selected health facilities across the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The 10th<\/sup> Hallelufesto\nAnniversary was held to praise God for the success of the concert over the\nyears and also express gratitude to individuals, groups and the University\ncommunity for their support to ensuring that the Hallelufesto remains integral\npart of the University\u2019s life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the dignitaries who graced\nthe 10th<\/sup> Hallelufesto concert were the President of PUCG, Rev. Prof.\nEmmanuel Adow Obeng, the Registrar of PUCG \u2013 Mrs. Mary Abena Agyepong, the\nUniversity Chaplain \u2013 Rev. Dr. E. Y. Blasu, the Director of RTC \u2013 Rev. Gideon\nPuplampu, Rev. Mrs Afia Ban, and Rev. Mrs. Acheampong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some Senior High Schools who were\npresent to share in the moment of glory were Avotrain of Abetifi and the\nAbetifi Presbyterian Senior High School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
