The Chaplaincy Centre of the Presbyterian University\nCollege, Ghana (PUCG), Okwahu Campus has donated some essential items to the\nNeonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Atibie Government Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chaplain of PUCG, Rev. Dr. E. Y. Blasu together with Mr. Martin Sowah Nortey, an Assistant Registrar the Presidency led a team of staff and students to donate the items to the NICU. They were also taken round the facility by the supervising staff at the hospital to help the visitors familiarize themselves with what the Unit does, the cases under treatment and how best the University can continue to support the Unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chaplain touched by the situation at the centre\nrequested the Unit to furnish the University with some of the urgent and\nessential items needed so that the Chaplaincy Centre on behalf of the\nUniversity will mobilize the resources for the Unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rev. Mrs. Afia Bann, a tutor at the Ramseyer Training Centre\nwho joined the Team to the Hospital offered prayers to God for the babies on\nadmission, their parents and the staff at NICU. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chaplain of PUCG, Rev. Dr. Blasu led the Team to donate\nthe following items to the Unit: washing powder, baby foods, babies\u2019 clothes,\nwipes, diapers, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
