The dazzling\nperformances by the various Choirs climaxed the 10th<\/sup> Anniversary Celebration of the PUCG NUPS-G Choir\u2019s annual\nconcert dubbed \u2018Hallelufesto\u2019 at the Okwahu Campus of the\nUniversity.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10th<\/sup> Hallelufesto Concert under the theme \u201cI will give thanks to\nGod (Psalms 18:49)\u201d lasted for about three and half hours featured the Atibie\nMidwifery Choir, Divine Generation, PUCG Alumni Choir and the host PUCG NUPS-G\nChoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hallelufesto Concert\nwas inspired by Mr. Frank Peasah who was the music director of the PUCG NUPS-G\nChoir with unwavering support from the then PUCG NUPS-G President Mr. Emmanuel\nAppiah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ever since, the NUPS-G\nChoir has held the Hallelufesto Concert annually with some prominent visiting\nchoirs, among them are Pop Choir from KNUST, NUPS-G Choir from KNUST, Calvary\nPresby. Choir from Koforidua, PUCG NUPS-G Alumni Choir and the Divine\nGeneration Choir from PUCG among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hallelufesto Concert\nwas instituted with the aim of bringing the University community together to\ngive thanks to God. Also, to use the opportunity to reach out to children\nadmitted in some children\u2019s ward in some selected health facilities across the\ncountry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10th<\/sup> Hallelufesto Anniversary was held to praise God for the success\nof the concert over the years and also express gratitude to individuals, groups\nand the University community for their support to ensure that the Hallelufesto\nremains integral part of the University\u2019s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the dignitaries\nwho graced the 10th<\/sup> Hallelufesto concert were the President of\nPUCG, Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Adow Obeng, the Registrar of PUCG \u2013 Mrs. Mary Abena\nAgyepong, the University Chaplain \u2013 Rev. Dr. E. Y. Blasu, the Director of RTC \u2013\nRev. Gideon Puplampu, Rev. Mrs Afia Ban, and Rev. Mrs. Acheampong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some Senior High Schools\nwho were present to share in the moment of glory were Avotrain of Abetifi and\nthe Abetifi Presbyterian Senior High School.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
