{"id":9487,"date":"2023-09-18T13:07:37","date_gmt":"2023-09-18T13:07:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.presbyuniversity.edu.gh\/site\/?p=9487"},"modified":"2023-09-18T13:42:57","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T13:42:57","slug":"job-advertisement-chief-of-security-position","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.presbyuniversity.edu.gh\/site\/job-advertisement-chief-of-security-position\/","title":{"rendered":"JOB ADVERTISEMENT: CHIEF OF SECURITY POSITION"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Presbyterian University, Ghana invites applications for appointment to positions in the Registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>REGISTRY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POSITION: <strong>CHIEF OF SECURITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the safety of employees, company\u2019s properties and estates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise tasks and assign activities to security officers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organise rounds of inspection on security guards at their duty location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare a duty roster and maintain records relating to duties of security guards.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate theft, pilfering, loss and assault and submit reports to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and submit periodic reports on company\u2019s security and management reports.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be an Ex-service Person with at least a Diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected candidates must be alert, and vigilant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must have great communication (written and verbal) skills, great interpersonal skills, be customer focused and be a person with integrity and sound morals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mode of application:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates should submit Cover Letters and updated Curriculum Vitae with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Names and addresses of three referees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National Identification Card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications can be sent electronically to hr@presbyuniversity.edu.gh or hard copies sent to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE REGISTRAR,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRESBYTERIAN UNIVERSITY, GHANA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P.O BOX 59<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABETIFI-KWAHU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CLOSING DATE: <\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Friday 13<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Presbyterian University, Ghana invites applications for appointment to positions in the Registry.
