The Presbyterian University, Ghana organised a farewell service for five retirees at Okwahu Campus after years of valuable service to the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs Grace Annoh, the first Librarian of the University retired after 20 years of service to the University. Mrs Rose Addo (Janitor at the Okwahu Campus) served the University for 13 years, Mr Isaac Omari Ayeh (Chief driver at the Okwahu Campus) served for 18 years, Mr Henry Martin Asare (University Farms at Okwahu Campus) served for two years and Alexander Amaning (Driver at the Asante Akyem Campus) served for 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Vice-Chancellor of PUG, Professor John Ofosu-Anim expressed appreciation to the retirees for their invaluable service to the University over the years. He said their contribution to the growth and development of the institution would be remembered in its records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The University honoured the retirees who were joined at the ceremony by their families. Staff of the University took turns to share their experiences with the retirees while encouraging others to emulate their exceptional service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The retirees took turns to thank the members in their departments and the entire staff of the University offering pieces of advice to staff to demonstrate commitment and integrity in all that they do to lift the institution to greater heights. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
