NATHANIEL KWAME ASOMANI

Nathaniel Kwame Asomani was born in Kwahu Praso No1 in the Eastern Region, Ghana, to Ghanaian parents, Mr. & Mrs. Asomani in 1986. He started his primary education at the Kwahu Praso Roman Catholic School and later transferred to Winners Secondary & Commercial School, now Winners Senior High School, Nkawkaw.

During the period of September, 2008 – July, 2010, he was employed under the National Youth Employment Programme (NYEP) to teach at Roman Catholic Primary School – Kwahu Praso No1.

He went on to study HND Accountancy at Kumasi Polytechnic, now Kumasi Technical University, Ghana.

At Kumasi Polytechnic, he was a chorister of International Movement of Catholic Students (Pax Choir) and also served on one of the committees.

In December, 2013, he graduated from Kumasi Polytechnic with HND in Accounting. He was engaged as service person at Kumasi Polytechnic (Accountancy Department) from September, 2013 to August, 2014.

On March, 7th 2014, he swore an affidavit to officially change his name from ALFRED ASOMANI to NATHANIEL KWAME ASOMANI.

He joined Ghana Statistical Service on contract under the 2014 INTEGRATED BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT SURVEY (IBES) as an Editor from August, to -December, 2014.

He currently works with Presbyterian University College, Ghana as Senior Accounting Assistant since 12th March, 2015.

He currently holds Degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting option from University of Cape Coast. 

He is a Christian (Catholic), and single.

He is a representative of the following Council, Board and Unions of Presbyterian University, Ghana:

PUCG 7th Council, Member (Rep. Snr. /Jnr. Staff, PUCG) since 2019 till date.

PUCG Pension Trustee Board, Member since 2019 till date.

PUCG Credit Union Campus Representative since 2015 till date.
