The M.Sc. Organisational Leadership and Management programme is designed to train students with the knowledge, skills, and attentiveness to transform organizations through ethical leadership and diversity, servant leadership, supportive leadership, democratic leadership and how to deal and prevent the tendency of corrupt practices that has beguiled individuals, public and private organisations. The programme is crucial in modern day leadership for organisations, where effective leaders who will navigate complexities, develop strategies, build proper organisational culture and systems, drive change, and achieve world-class performance. This programme helps students develop strategic leadership skills, understand organizational behaviour, sensitivity analysis and make informed decisions.
