14TH CONGREGATION FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

The 14th Congregation for all Students who have successfully completed their Undergraduate Programme of Study at the Presbyterian University College, Ghana has been scheduled as follows:

Dates: Thursday 5th and Friday 6th November, 2020 

Time: 10:00am (each day)

Venue: Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC) Auditorium, Abetifi

All Graduating Students are to note that because of the strict observance of the COVID-19 protocols by the University, there shall be TWO SESSIONS each day.

5th November, 2020: First Session – 10:00am to 12:00noon            Second Session – 1:00pm to 2:30pm

6th November, 2020: First Session – 8:45 to 10:45am                      Second Session – 1:00pm to 2:30pm

Rehearsals:

  • Graduands for 5th November Sessions – Wednesday 4th November, 4:00pm
  • Graduands for 6th November Sessions – Thursday 5th November, 4:00pm

Certificates would be collected each day after the sessions at the premises of the Okwahu Campus.

The 14th Congregation will strictly be attended ONLY by the Graduating Students. No Family relation or guest not invited would be allowed entry.

Students, who have completed their programme of study for 2019/2020 Academic Year and wish to be presented during the congregation should from the date of this publication visit www.grad.presbyuniversity.edu.gh to provide the underlisted information:

  • Contact Address/Telephone Numbers/Email address and indicate whether Attending or Not

All Graduands are to note the following:

  1. Only those who forward their names and particulars to the Registrar on or before the close of work on Monday, 2nd November, 2020 will be presented. No registration will be accepted after this date.
  2. Those to be presented are expected to be seated at the Congregation grounds by 9:30am (each day) in their academic gowns over a formal dress.
  3. Each graduand is expected to pay an amount of GHC500.00 directly into this University Account: GCB 2191130004630 Mpraeso Branch (Graduands are expected to forward the pay-in-slip to the Okwahu Campus, Abetifi Finance office on or before 4th November, 2020).
