- CERTIFICATE IN DIGITAL-AGE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Rationale
The twenty-first century is defined by rapid digital disruption — artificial intelligence, remote and hybrid work, generational change, and pervasive misinformation. Traditional command-and-control leadership, built for stable hierarchies and slow information flow, no longer matches the environment in which organisations, churches, schools, political institutions, and civil society bodies across Ghana and the wider African continent now operate. These institutions require leaders who can inspire transformation while navigating digital tools and data, who can lead people rather than merely manage tasks across hybrid and virtual teams, and who can drive innovation, ethics, and impact under conditions of uncertainty and public scrutiny. This course equips such leaders with both the mindset and the digital competence required to lead change, build resilient teams, and create sustainable value in a hyper-connected world.
