Presbyterian Church of Ghana supports PUCG with ₵250,000

The Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG) has presented a cheque of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢250,000) to the Presbyterian University College, Ghana (PUCG) for the completion of the University’s Premier Hostel at the Okwahu Campus.

The Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, the Rt. Rev. Prof. Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante presented the cheque to the University in Accra on Wednesday, 7th April, 2021.

 Presenting the cheque to the University the Moderator, said the PCG had the University at heart and would do everything possible to support its development.

Her Ladyship Justice Sophia Akuffo on receiving the cheque on behalf of the University thanked the Moderator and the Church for the support indicating that the donation is timely for the completion of the project on time.

The immediate past Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana and the Chairperson of the University Council pledged that the money would be used for the purpose for which it was donated.
