8TH CONGREGATION ANNOUNCED

The 8^th Congregation of the Presbyterian University College, Ghana has been scheduled as follows:

Date: Saturday, 20^th December, 2014

First Batch: 8:00am

Second Batch: 12:00noon

Venue: Ramseyer Training Centre Auditorium

Students who have completed their programmes of study and wish to be presented during the Congregation should register with the office of the Registrar through this email address: graduation@presbyuniversity.edu.gh with the following:

• Full Name of Graduand, Programme of Study, I.D. Number, Contact Address/Telephone Numbers/Email address

All Graduands are to note the following:

1. Only those who forward their names and particulars to the Registrar on or before Tuesday, 16^th December, 2014, will be presented.
2. Graduands will be required to attend a rehearsal on Friday 19^th December, 2014 at 3:00pm at the RTC Auditorium Okwahu Campus, Abetifi – Okwahu.
3. Graduands will be expected to be seated at the Congregation grounds at 7:30am (for first batch) and 11am (for Second batch). Each graduand may come along with two guests to the congregation.
4. Each graduand is expected to pay an amount of GHC270.00 directly into the College’s various GCB bank Ltd, Okwahu Campus 2191130004630, Mpraeso Branch, Akuapem Campus 2091130003837, Asante-Akyem Campus 6221130003123 and UT Bank with Account number 2110116968026 for the Tema Campus and forward the pay-in-slip to the Finance Office of their respective Campuses.
5. A Congregational Thanksgiving Service will be held on Sunday, 21^st December, 2014 at the Ramseyer Presby Church, Abetifi at 9:30am. Certificates will be issued to Graduates on Sunday after the Church Service at the Okwahu Campus.

*Second batch: B.Sc. Business Administration, ICT, Mathematics and Business Economics programmes
